These Terms govern your use of Solovi ("the service") provided by Solovi (UK sole trader, "we", "us"). By signing up or using the service you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Solovi provides UK service businesses with:
- A professional website (template-based or custom-designed depending on tier).
- An online booking system with calendar, services, working hours, and customer management.
- Stripe payment processing (Apple Pay, Google Pay, cards, optionally direct debit).
- Loyalty cards (all tiers) and gift cards (Local + Bespoke tiers).
- Local SEO setup and ongoing maintenance.
- Email support, with priority and same-day options on higher tiers.
Exact scope is defined by the tier you purchase: Solo / Local / Bespoke.
2. Customer responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate onboarding information (business name, services, working hours, photos).
- Use the service lawfully and not for fraudulent, harmful, or deceptive purposes.
- Maintain control of your account credentials.
- Review and approve content we generate on your behalf before it goes live.
- Comply with your own obligations (tax, ICO registration, ASA, etc.) to your end-customers, Solovi is a tool, not a legal representative.
3. Fees and billing
- Solo: 30-day free trial (no card required), then £19/mo via Stripe subscription.
- Local: £39/mo (Founding 100: £29/mo locked forever).
- Bespoke: £79/mo (Founding 100: £49/mo locked forever).
- Commission on bookings, gift cards, customer payments: 0%. Every penny your customer pays belongs to you.
- No setup fee on any tier.
- Overdue subscriptions: 7-day grace period, then service suspension. Reinstatement requires payment of arrears.
4. Cancellation and refund
- 30-day money-back guarantee on Local and Bespoke tiers, full refund, no questions asked, within 30 days of your first paid month.
- Solo trial: cancel any time within 30 days; nothing charged.
- After the money-back period: cancel any time, service continues until end of current billing period, no further charges.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, abusive behaviour, or non-payment, with reasonable notice where possible.
5. "Live in 7 days or money back"
We guarantee your site is live (custom domain, booking working, payments accepting) within 7 working days of you providing all onboarding information. If we miss that deadline due to our fault, we refund your first month in full. Delays caused by waiting on your content/photos do not count toward the 7 days.
6. Intellectual property
- The Solovi platform code, templates, and infrastructure remain our property.
- Your business content (logo, photos, copy, customer list) remains yours. You grant us a licence to host and display it as part of operating the service.
- On account termination, you can export your customer list, booking history, and content in standard formats (CSV, JSON) within 30 days.
7. Third-party services
The service depends on third-party providers, chiefly Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Hetzner (hosting). Outages or changes outside our control may briefly affect availability. We aim for 99.5% uptime and monitor with UptimeRobot. Status updates via email when incidents are significant.

9. Warranties and liability
- We provide the service with reasonable care and skill.
- We make no warranty that the service will generate any specific level of bookings, revenue, or customer growth.
- To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the total amount you have paid us in that period.
- We exclude indirect, consequential, or speculative losses (lost profits, lost opportunity, etc.) to the extent permitted by law. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
10. Founding 100 program
The first 100 paying customers on the Local or Bespoke tiers lock the Founding rate (£29 or £49) permanently for the lifetime of their continuous subscription. The lock survives price increases. The lock does not survive cancellation, if you cancel and re-subscribe later, the standard rate applies.
11. Changes to service or terms
We may update the service or these Terms for legal, operational, or product reasons. Material changes are communicated 30 days in advance by email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to your local courts.
